Silav App is available in three languages, Kurmanji, Arabic and English and is designed by and designed for Ezidis.
We created Silav App to help Ezidis stay in touch and to provide a safe and secure messaging system.
Safety is our priority and Silav App will provide a safe and secure platform with encryption and disappearing messages to aid communication for the Ezidi community.

We cannot wait to share our App with you! Here are some of our fun and useful features.
Most importantly Silav has been created specifically for Ezidis
User search.. look for a long lost friend or even a new one! Simply type the username they use ( Some people will use a nick name so you might have to ask them what this is!) Once you are connected you can message each other anytime safely and securely with encryption and disappearing messages a key feature.
Use our filters… Maybe you would like to search for someone of a certain age or caste, or for someone in another country! Simply use our convenient filters to narrow down the search and away you go!
Hide or block…. Maybe you see someone who you do not like or someone who annoys you. Hopefully this will not be the case but be reassured you are able to appear invisible to these users if you prefer this.
Build a profile… Allow other Silav users to see the best photos in your gallery and create an interesting bio to attract other users.
1. Swipe left or right…. Discover new users updated daily until you find the right person.
2. Favourites list…Keep your special friends all in one place, or even those you think you might like to talk to in the future!
3. Online or offline?... Feeling lonely? See who else is around and online and send them a message.
4. Messaging… unless you want to speak to someone you do not have to, it is only if you accept their message request that they can message you unlike Facebook etc.
5. Disappearing messages… remember , once your friend has replied to you, all of your messages will disappear except the very last one! So whatever that message is, make sure you are happy with it staying!
